Review and approve site development plans to ensure any proposed
development is in compliance with Town Zoning Code and is in accordance
with goals outlined in the Town Comprehensive Plan.
Review and
submit advisory opinions concerning applications for variances and
amendments to the zoning regulations.
Meetings: 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Senior Citizens' Building on Market Street.
